One-Time Fee
$50 for the entire series
Your entry fee covers participation in all events, plus food and beverages at each tournament.

Finals
Participants may compete in any or all events. Each event awards points toward finals qualification.
Tournament Format & Points System
SRR + Playoffs
All events will utilize a SRR format (maximum of 5 rounds) followed by a playoff bracket.
SRR
- Maximum of 5 rounds per event
- Players are matched against others with similar records
- Every player competes in all rounds
Playoff Bracket
- Top performers from SRR rounds advance to playoffs
- Single elimination format
- Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Finals (depending on number of participants)
Doubles Rules
- Points are tracked individually – your ranking carries over even if you switch partners
- Exception: The winning doubles pair from the first doubles event must stay together for the second doubles event
Finals Qualification
The Finals Event will encompass both singles and doubles play. Invitations will be extended to:

- 12 singles event winners
- 22 doubles winning pairs
Points Qualification
- 3Top point leaders in singles
- 4Top point leaders in doubles
The Finals will feature both singles and doubles competitions, with the highest-performing players from the series competing for the championship titles and cash prizes.

After registering for the series, you'll receive confirmation details and payment instructions. You'll also be asked to confirm your attendance for each individual event as they approach.

Frequently Asked Questions
No, participation in all events is not mandatory. You can choose which events to attend based on your availability. However, participating in more events gives you more opportunities to earn points toward finals qualification.
If you don't have a doubles partner, we can help pair you with another player. Just indicate this in your registration notes, and our organizers will assist in finding a suitable partner for the doubles events.
The $50 entry fee covers your participation in all events throughout the series, including the finals if you qualify. It also includes food and beverages at each tournament. Additional prizes and giveaways may be announced as we secure sponsorships.
Points are awarded based on your performance in each event. You earn 10 points for each SRR Round win (max 5 rounds), 20 points for reaching quarterfinals, 20 points for reaching semifinals, 25 points for reaching finals, and 35 points for winning finals. The maximum points possible per event is 150.
If you can't attend a particular event, simply let us know in advance. There's no penalty for missing an event, but you won't earn points for events you don't participate in. Your series registration remains valid for all other events.
